Camberlo publishes free, plain-language educational auto insurance information. It is run by The Nelson M Group LLC.
Do I need to opt in to text messages?
No. You are only texted if you tick a box yourself, and there is one unchecked box to choose from. Leaving it blank is fine.
Will you text me all the time?
Message frequency varies, up to about 8 a month. Msg & data rates may apply.
Is a phone number needed?
Only your first and last name, a topic and the privacy agreement. Email, mobile number and ZIP code are all optional.
Do you sell or finance cars?
No. We are not a dealer or a lender. The guides explain general insurance questions around buying.
Do you provide quotes or price estimates?
No quotes and no estimates. What you pay is set by each insurer, so we focus on explaining the pieces that go into a price.
What do you send me?
Nothing more than what you ask for: educational reading material on your topic, and optional texts that point to the guides.
Is this for reporting a claim?
No. To report a claim or get roadside help, contact your own insurer. If anyone is hurt after a crash, call 911.
How can I remove my information?
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To delete what we hold, write to [email protected].
Will you match me with an agent or insurer?
No. We do not recommend, rank or match you with companies or agents.
How do I unsubscribe from texts?
Reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected].
Can you tell me what my lender requires?
No. Your lender or lease company sets its own terms. The guides explain what is commonly asked.
Who gets my information?
Nobody in the insurance business. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with insurers, agents, quote sites or other partners. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how it is used.
